Sherry's attorney fees have been determined by taking into
consideration the value of her legal services based on the
following factors: more than 25 years of experience, her legal and
ethical reputation, the usual time spent on a matter, the
complexity of the matter, the intensity of the work, the responsibility
assumed, and any special experience or skill required for
the matter. Any costs that are advanced will be billed to
the client. Sherry will keep clients informed of any changes
in her fees. Sherry does accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.
Divorce Practice
Hourly at $250 per hour billed in increments of 1/10 hour with some services based on minimum time charges.
Retainer deposit
- Minimum of $2,000 for clients in mediation
- Minimum of $3,000 for clients not in mediation
Fees are billed monthly.
Mediation Services
Hourly at $225 per hour
Retainer deposit- minimum of $600
Fees are billed monthly.
