Sherry's fees have been determined by taking into consideration the value of her services based on the following factors: her knowledge and skill set developed over more than 25 years of experience, her legal and ethical reputation (rated AV by Martindale Hubbell), the complexity of the work, the intensity of the work, and the responsibility assumed. Sherry accepts payment by VISA and MasterCard.
Divorce Practice
Hourly at $300 per hour billed in increments of 1/10 hour with some services based on minimum time charges.
Retainer deposit
- Minimum of $2,000 for clients in mediation
- Minimum of $3,000 for clients not in mediation
Fees are billed monthly. Any costs that are advanced will be billed to the client.
Mediation Services
Hourly at $250 per hour billed in increments of 1/10 hour.
Retainer deposit- minimum of $600
Fees are billed monthly.
